Basketball Program

Thank you for your interest in the Hickory Grove United Methodist Church Basketball Program.  The program is dedicated to showing the love of God while teaching fundamentals about basketball and sportsmanship.  For many of you this may be your child’s first experience in a team sport.  Fantastic!  We are here to enrich your child with a warm supportive environment to explore their athletic side. As your child rises though the age groups the level of competition will also increase.  We will strive to lead a Christian team focusing on developing a positive self esteem through competition.

Please feel free to contact our Recreation Ministry Board of Directors (email rec@hgumc.com or 704.537.4686 ext. 45), our Ministry Staff and especially your coach at any time.  We welcome you and expect you to have an excellent season of Basketball.
