New Year’s Resolution?

 

The Recreation Ministry is interested in starting classes to help you reach your optimal health in 2010.

 

Classes:  Days and times may change but we need to hear from you soon.

Each class will include a devotion and prayer time.

 

          Cross Training A.M. Fitness – Tues/Thurs 6:30 a.m. – Gym

                        Total body conditioning using various forms of exercise

 


          Low Impact Aerobics – Tues 9:00 a.m. – Gym

You can do this Aerobics class.  Geared for Seniors and anyone wanting a fun, active class without getting left behind

 

            Basic Yoga – Mon 6:00 p.m. – Trinity Room FLC

                   Learn the basic postures and breathing exercises

 


          Gentle Yoga – Wed 6:30 p.m. – Trinity Room FLC

Slow yoga movements to improve strength, flexibility, balance and reduce stress

                            

          Other Classes may be on the way.

 

Class Registration:  $40 for an 8 week session starting January 11. 

                                                                                                                  

 


Walking – Tues/Thurs 6:30-7:30 a.m. – Gym

Need a warm supervised place to walk this winter try the gym. 

Registration is $20 for 8 weeks
