United Women in Faith Unit Meeting
Please join us in the Trinity Room on Monday, October 23 at 6:30 pm for a covered dish dinner and to “Say Hi and have some pie!”.
Bring a dish to share.
The pie and iced tea will be provided.
Our hands-on mission project for this meeting will be school supplies for Hickory Grove Elementary.
This meeting is open to everyone.

Pastor Caitlin would like to get in touch with our parents of children and youth (under the age of 18/grade school age) as we dream of programming for the future as well as anyone who might be interested to volunteer and invest in the lives of young people at Hickory Grove UMC (see note about Safe Sanctuaries above!).

2023 Metro District Connect Youth Retreat
The Connect Youth Retreat is an opportunity to join with local churches for a fun and faith-filled weekend.
Youth grades 6-12 are invited to explore and experience ways to “connect” at this year’s youth retreat at Camp Mount Shepherd (Asheboro) September 29-October 1!
Joins us for small groups, worship services, and exploring Mount Shepherd on their zip lines, high ropes courses, and hiking trails. The cost is $140 per person.
Worship, programming, food, adventure equipment, and t-shirt provided.
Please reach out to Pastor Caitlin, Pastor Candido, or Pastor Preciouse ASAP if you are a youth and want to attend! If you are willing to serve as a chaperone, please also contact one of our pastors.
